Portable air heaters, specifically designed for use in sites where a heating system is not provided normally, require a risk assessment that, besides the combination of high temperatures, live parts and the presence of fuel, also considers the use in non-optimal environmental conditions.
Due to this, it’s basic to carefully select the internal components, to always grant operation within safety parameters, and perfect combustion efficiency.

○ To keep fuel flow optimal, it is necessary to install suitable Regulation Valves; to face possible anomaly, the portable air heater needs to be equipped with Safety Valves, immediately interrupting the fuel supply.
○ The controlled ignition is a crucial element, essentially requiring an Igniter (Transformer) capable of generating a spark suitable for the conditions of use, and above all stable, to minimize the risk of ignition failure, and accumulation of unburned fuel.
○ All the functions of the portable air heater must be continuously monitored by proper Flame Sensors, and managed by an Electronic Flame Control Board, capable of correctly interpreting the signals received, regulating the functioning of each individual component, and promptly activating all the safety devices.
